We require full compliance with OSHA standards and all federal, state, and local regulations. Comprehensive job site safety planning will be completed before each project starts. Supervisors are responsible for enforcing safety policies, conducting routine inspections, and immediately addressing unsafe conditions. Employees are expected to promptly report hazards, near misses, and incidents of retaliation.
