The project consists of replacing the existing three span, two-girder structure crossing of South Shore Road over the Oswegatchie River in the Town of Fine. The superstructure consists of a Continuous two span, multiple steel girders with a composite concrete deck system. The superstructure is supported on cast-in-place pier and abutments with the end abutments founded on micropiles designed by the contractor. Approximately 900 linear feet of the approach work was reconstructed/rehabilitated.
